2. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 2-3 business days of placing it if the product has not yet been shipped. You can cancel your order through Ecommerce website. Once the cancellation is processed, you will receive a confirmation, and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Cancellable Orders

Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may still be eligible for a replacement, subject to the terms of our replacement policy.

Non-Eligible Conditions for Replacement
