SETPL provides services related to the maintenance, installation, and operation of Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), and Water Treatment Plants (WTP) and customized manufacture of Control Panel, FRP tanks,Clarifiers, Dissolved Air Floation units , Biowave Media, Sludge Bags, pumps, blowers, Ultrafiltration Units, and RO plants.
3. E-commerce Product Sales
We also sell products related to water and waste treatment processes on our e-commerce platform. By purchasing any product from our Website, you agree to the following terms:
Pricing: All prices displayed are inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. SETPL reserves the right to modify product prices at any time without prior notice.
Payment: Payments for purchases can be made via secure payment gateways(Razorpay). By submitting payment information, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
Shipping: We aim to dispatch orders within the time frame specified on the product page. However, delivery times may vary based on location and unforeseen circumstances.
Replacement Policy: If a product arrives damaged, we offer a replacement. Claims for damaged goods must be made within 7 days of receipt.
No Return Policy: We do not accept returns for products purchased, except in cases of damaged or defective items, which may be replaced as per our replacement policy.
Cancellation and Refunds: Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations are not permitted. Refunds will be processed only for cancellations made before dispatch.
