Cashless Transaction Policy
At Spaar Entech, we are committed to transparency, accountability, and providing the highest level of service to our customers. As part of this commitment, the company has adopted a 100% cashless transaction policy effective from April 1.
Why Cashless?
Moving to a fully digital payment system ensures:

Payment Methods
All payments to and from Spaar Entech must be made through secure banking or approved digital payment channels, including:
- Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS)
- UPI Payments
- Other authorized digital payment platforms
Cash payments will not be accepted or issued by the company under any circumstances.
Important Notice to Customers
No employee, representative, or associate of Spaar Entech is authorized to collect cash in the name of the company.
If anyone requests cash claiming to represent the company, customers are requested to inform us immediately in writing with supporting evidence.
Customer Protection Assurance
If such a cash request is reported with valid proof and verified by the company, the related service will be provided free of charge, subject to a maximum value of ₹10,000 per case.
